Welcome to my new book, Rise Above, Find the Sunshine, God Life Love: Poetry
It’s about my journey on being born and raised by Asian Indian immigrant parents and family, which led me to a rich and unique upbringing and navigating a path between Indian and American cultures. Ive found inspiration along the way in the path to write in poetry form. This is poetry that’s a bundle of meanings, inspirational, wisdom-filled, love, and lesson-filled.
It’s about the story of my life as an Asian Indian girl in my young years, finding the true experience of life, who I Am, and my spiritual path on cultural and religious meaning as an Indian classical dancer, hearing stories from my family and spending time in temples and with Gurus and learning about Indian Gods and Goddesses, the Spiritual world which taught me a lot more about how building faith can bring the most powerful strength, love and wisdom.
Realized truths of faith where it shed a light on my life and on love and made me see and feel life and love as a beautiful, graceful, light-filled world.
